Make this config on your device . according to this system...>

Port: 80
APN: Gpinternet
step 2---->
now download any official opera and open it by real  MB...
Then write this address on status bar--->0.facebook.com/l.php?u=http://google com 
and write your address what you want..like facebook ,twitter etc.....
